African American funeral home owners and directors from across
the country by marketing your product or service to the largest
gathering of this demographic market.

The Pre-Show Marketplace will give you a chance to purchase a
table top display in the Towers lobby area of the hotel. Only (10)
vendors total will be accepted.
3-Day Option: Saturday August 2nd - Monday August 4th. The cost
is $850, which includes a table, two chairs and an ID sign.
5-Day Option: Saturday August 2nd - Wednesday August 6th. The
cost is $1100, which includes a table, two chairs and an ID sign.
Exhibit Hall Add-On: If any Marketplace vendor would like to also
display inside the exhibit hall on Tuesday and Wednesday, a 10x10 booth
space can be purchased at a discounted price of only $900.
Display Hours: Flexible hours on all days. However, for the for
5-Day option, vendors may not display
during trade show hours from 12p-5p on Tuesday and 12p-4p Wednesday
unless a booth is purchased inside the exhibit hall.

**Sponsorship Opportunities are now available!** Let's
collaborate on how you can present your company and engage attendees in
ways unlike before! Exclusive branding placements outside and inside the
ALERT! We do not have any 3rd party companies working with
or for us to book hotels rooms for our exhibitors or attendees. All
exhibitor reservations are to be made directly with the hotel using the online link.
Please ignore any emails or phone calls from any company that
says they are "representing" the hotel or the association. We advise you
to not provide your credit card information during such inquiries!
