The Pre-Show Marketplace gives vendors the opportunity to purchase a table top display in a designated area of the hotel. The number of vendors allowed in the Marketplace is limited to only 10-15 and will depend on space availability.

  • 3-Day Option: Saturday August 2nd - Monday August 4th. The cost is $850, which includes a table, two chairs and an ID sign.

  • 5-Day Option: Saturday August 2nd - Wednesday August 6th. The cost is $1100, which includes a table, two chairs and an ID sign.

  • Exhibit Hall Add-On: If any Marketplace vendor would like to also display inside the exhibit hall on Tuesday and Wednesday, a 10x10 booth space can be purchased at a discounted price of only $900.

  • Display Hours: Flexible hours on all days. However, for the for 5-Day option, vendors may not display during trade show hours from 12p-5p on Tuesday and 12p-4p Wednesday unless a booth is purchased inside the exhibit hall.

  • How to Register: Download the Marketplace Contract Here. Contracts and payments will be due by Monday July 7, 2014. Only (10) vendors will be accepted.

  • EARLY SELECTION for 2015 Booth Space will be open to any interested supplier in late September. Please email if you would like to receive further information.

  • NFDMA will exhibit at the 2014 NFDA International Convention and Expo October 13-15, 2014 at the Music City Center in Nashville. Our booth number is 1126. Come by and see us!

  • VENDOR TABLES will be available at the Board Meeting, taking place October 25-27, 2014 at the Westin Atlanta Airport Hotel. Please email if you would like to receive further information.
