Jamye D. Jeter Cameron was elected to the office of Corporate Secretary in 2007 during the annual National Convention in Philadelphia, PA. Prior to running for office Ms.
Cameron was very active in her state and national associations. She held the position of State Secretary (1999-2004) and Vice-President (2004-Present) of the Michigan Select Funeral Directors and Morticians
Association, Inc. She has served the National Funeral Directors and Morticians Association in the capacity of Membership Committee Co-Chair (2002-2004) and Membership Chair (2004-2007). She is also a proud member of the NFD&MA
Choir, a member of the Academy of Professional Funeral Service Practice where she earned her CFSP designation in 2003 and a member-at-large of Epilson Nu Delta Mortuary Fraternity. |

Ms. Cameron
is a native of Detroit, Michigan where she is the vice-president, manager and embalmer of Jeter Memorial Funeral Homes, Inc. She received an Associates of Science degree from Wayne County Community College and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mortuary Science from Wayne State University, both in Detroit, Michigan. She furthered her education by receiving a Masters of Business Administration degree from University of Phoenix in Southfield, Michigan. Besides being a licensed funeral director and
embalmer, Jamye is also a Licensed Nail Technician and Licensed Insurance Agent. In September 2005, she was hired by Wayne State University to teach Restorative Arts in the Mortuary Science Program. |

Ms. Cameron
is a member of the Wings of Love Missionary Baptist Church in Detroit, Michigan. There she serves on the F.A.S.H.O Youth Ministry Advisory Board (Fighting Against Social and Hindering Obstacles). She is active in several civic and community
organizations and is a member of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority,
Inc. |

Her proudest accomplishment is being the mother of two very beautiful daughters, Prussia Jeanine Clayton and Arianna Jeanina Clayton. |
