Deaconess Ethel Crebell Patterson Meekins, 97, of Greenville, transitioned on Tuesday, October 7, 2025, at McCall Hospice House. Born in Pelzer, SC; she was the daughter of the late Izaiah Patterson and Earlee Perkins Patterson. She was the last surviving sibling.

Surviving: one daughter, Earlinda (Ernest) Adams, of Greenville, SC; three grandchildren, Cedric (Catina) Thompson, E. Carlton Adams and Eric K. Adams; six great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
