Dr. Kelsey was a woman who wore many hats: a devoted community servant, a respected leader in the funeral service profession, and a trusted voice in countless civic and professional organizations. Among her many achievements, one of her proudest affiliations was as a beloved member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., where she upheld the values of sisterhood, scholarship, and service with unwavering pride.

Her legacy is deeply felt not only through her professional contributions but through the lives she touched with compassion, wisdom, and dignity.
