Mrs. Janice Riley Heard entered into rest on Monday, February 9, 2026. She is survived by her daughter, Pamela (Damon) Foley; son, Ahmad (Denise) Heard; five grandchildren, Dalyn (Shia) Foley, Aiden Heard (Nay), Tillie Brown, Juleigh Fouche, and Dakale Fluellen; great-grandchild, Daelyn H. Foley; devoted god-sister, Donna L. Webb; brothers-in-law, Anthony Beard and Brookie Priester and a host of other relatives.
