The National Funeral Directors & Morticians Association, Inc. announces the transition of Mrs. Sarah Frances Cunningham Beasley, wife of the late Marion Beasley (NFDMA Life Board Member) and aunt of Association Members, Carolyn Beasley Shortt, Robert E. Shortt, and Calvernetta Beasley Williams.

Mrs. Sarah Frances Cunningham Beasley, 87, of Fountain Inn, South Carolina, passed away on Sunday, September 6, 2026. Born July 28, 1939, to the late Simon and Roxie M. Cunningham. She was the widow of the late Marion Beasley.

She is survived by her son, Kenneth E. (Michelle) Beasley of Simpsonville, South Carolina; her daughter, Simone Beasley (Terence) Cleveland of Atlanta, Georgia; one brother, John B. (Rebecca) Cunningham of Laurens, South Carolina; her granddaughter, Lauren Beasley of Atlanta, Georgia; and her grandson, Peyton R. Beasley of Simpsonville, South Carolina. Many other relatives and friends also survive.

Public Viewing will be held on Saturday, September 12, 2026, at Beasley Funeral Home in Fountain Inn from 10 a.m.- 6 p.m

Celebration of Life Service will commence on Sunday, September 13, 2026 at 3 pm at Mt. Zion Baptist Church in Laurens, SC
